So Lili, our nanny who has been with us for 8 years, is truly part of our family. Imagine...she's in our home Monday thru Friday 8-6. She really "runs and manages" our home and a good part of our lives and I'm pretty darn sure she's the best nanny ever. Take that Mary Poppins! Here is her BEAUTIFUL daughter Victoria! If my children grow up to have just a fraction of the good manners and good sense that Victoria does...then all I can say is...oh happy day!

Oh and did I mention that she was only 10 years old when I met her. And yup she's a senior this year! What happened?

I'm so so lucky to be able to do what I do. I know I say it all of the time, but when I think about sitting in a office all day...I honestly want to scream. And no offense to Librarians...but one day with that job and I'd shoot my right toe "smack dab off my foot". Anyway here's a day at the office for me. Hanging at the beach with this fun family. Poor Ella. My apologies to her. I was so loud and crazy a few times that I made her cry. Bad photographer! (I saved the best for last...my fav of the day...abuelita y abuelito) Enjoy!

She is such a natural beauty...I suspect she just slapped on some lip gloss and a dusting a blush the day of our shoot. (Amanda we do not like women like you!) I can't wait to shoot the little "girly girl" in her belly...hope she hires me. As you may remember reading in a previous post I shot Amanda's wedding in Houston in October of 2007. I hope to be able to say many years from now..."we go back a long ways". I look forward to shooting this growing family for many years to come.
