Sorry to all you cateres out there but you know how "catered" food is...well elizabeth at relish is in a class all by her little ol' lonesome. the best catered food you will ever have!!! i dreamt about her empanadas last night!! please elizabeth leave a comment telling us what they were again? all i remember is "drizzled with a port wine and honey reduction". really nelson...can you throw a girl a bone? you know cut me some slack? i think a few times nelson was taking a picture of me taking a picture of him...did you catch all that? (i loves me some fun people!)

Shanna, you are just amazing. Even with less than desirable lighting, (it was dark) your photos are terrific! The empanadas... well, they aren't anything near traditional. Last night I served fig, goat cheese and prosciutto empanadas with a port and honey reduction. I'm so glad you liked them! I can't wait to see more of the photos from last night. OH! I showed my little pocket book to Michelle last night from Vikki's party. I love mine and get comments about it all the time. Besos Chica!
Shanna...AMAZING photos, even with no natural light! The empanadas that aren't "really" empanadas were Fig, Prosciutto and Goat Cheese with Port/ Honey Reduction. Serious love on a plate!
